Owner Ben is rude and a bully. Cuts corners and does a bad job. Useless

Ben was very helpful to my parnter and I when buying our first home, he went above and beyond. Firstly calling around to find a septic pkumber in the property's area for me, and then when no one was available, he came out himself even though theproperty was outside his usual area of work. Ben conducted a thorough check of all drainage including septic and rainwater plumbing, (which not all plumbers can do). Ben was very helpful and found numerous issues that the real estate and owner had not mentioned and that we would have had no clue were a problem, (including coucil regulations on septic drainage near catchment areas which could have cost us thousands). 
A very thorough report was written allowing us to terminate the contract and saved us a lot of money in the end, if you want someone who will look after you, Ben is definitely the man to see! We will be calling him again!

This guy is a bully, who thinks its okay to pick fights with people. At the local Catholic College. Is he a plumber  you want around your house or business?  Don't upset him, he may want to punch your head in too.
