Butter Naan was good. Chicken tikka isn’t great. Chicken Tandoori was ok. For the price range they deliver but the taste isn’t great. Ambience is ok !
Been eating at this restaurant for a while now and always enjoyed the delicious food. The food quality has been great always but noticed from last few times that the staff working at the front lacks customer service skills. They don’t greet properly and are always in rush and don’t have the right attitude. Otherwise it’s always a great experience.
Food was good but worst customer service. Waitstaff didn’t bother to take order, kept forgetting the order, avoided eye contact to avoid serving our table. We asked about available alcohols and person working had no idea what they have. I had show them that they have beer in the fridge thats when staff accepted serving it. There is no doubt that food is above average but customer service is just bringing the rating down.
Ordered uber eat. Forgot the stuffing for pani puri. Chicken soup with no taste and sight of chicken. They redelivered, and this is what we got. Seriously????The worst service and food you can ever get in sydney. Thank you Taj.
Food was fine, tried it after long time. But the service from the staff which we have received is the worst till now I have ever received in any circumstance and place. It's fairly understandable if that happens in busy time, but there was no one except me and my friend. It is highly recommended that they can try to fix that issue asap.
3 stars for the food as it is good. This restaurant would be much better if it didn’t lack so much in customer service and cleanliness/tidiness. Massive room for improvement.
The restaurant claims to be fine dining but they don’t know how to handle customers. They don’t even bother to offer water and tissues and have worst customer service ever! They will say you cheap price and charge you way more than that. For them biryani is fried rice with chilli. Never get your food from here as the food is far from par and the chefs only know how to add chilli and make is spicy as! Would have given 0 stars if there was a option to do it. Don’t recommend to anyone to eat over here.
Average food. On the way to toilet noticed the kitchen will not go again
Last month I went restaurant with friends for lunch the food was very good and delicious as well as customer service, I was served by komal name lad, she is too friendly, sweet swoken. I love the food and staff as well.
Ordered a large take away for Saturday lunch with the family. The woman who served us was polite and helpful. We ordered a butter chicken, goat darbar, black lentil dal makhani, two lots of tandoori chicken, a few garlic naan and a few servings of rice. It was a good sized order and we were happy to wait and watch cars motor along The Crescent. After about twenty minutes we received our order and took it back home. For the most part it was very enjoyable, the goat darbar being the clear winner. The butter chicken had a rich tomato base which was a nice change to others I've had which lean more on the cream. The black lentil dal makhani was another fine example of high quality spices in a smooth and satisfying sauce. Unfortunately things went terribly with the tandoori chicken. It was when we started eating it that I discovered that my piece of chicken wasn't cooked inside. Stone cold raw. You don't need to be a health inspector to know about the risks of becoming sick from raw chicken. It's very serious indeed. Food poisoning is no joke, with salmonella and campylobacter being to two most prevalent pathogens found in raw chicken. Others members of my family who ate the tandoori chicken noticed the texture was “squishy”. Even if their pieces had been properly cooked the risk of the raw piece cross contaminating the others in the same container is very likely. Needless to say I lost my appetite after that. The next day I took the raw chicken back to the restaurant and told the staff member a different woman this time that I'd been served raw chicken, I'd eaten raw chicken along with two others, both seniors and one with a compromised immune system. She didn't seem at all concerned. I was flat out refused a refund for being served RAW CHICKEN. As we kept discussing the situation it seemed as if she was almost becoming irritated by my complaint. After some back and forth my name and mobile number was written down and I was told that the next time I ordered anything I could claim the $18 off my next bill. Not sure when I'll be returning to a restaurant that appears so nonchalant about such a serious health breach. Plus I'm not exactly that eager to return the raw chicken Indian Restaurant. Since eating the chicken my stomach feels like it's filled with stones and angry bubbles. I've been surviving on Double Strength Buscopan and haven't moved any further than ten metres away from a toilet.
