This Review for Enter into Car Parking when enter early morning at 5:00AM. Premium Valet Entrance is blocked with Traffic Bars. I will post sepparate review for exit. Google Maps takes to different route, regular P7 Parking, User Pay Premium so that parking is near & convenience for departure. There's a potential to improve signboards or please mention Quick Park to enter. To Enter into Car Park, When enter into Departure lane, choose Right lane to enter Quick Park and Premium Valet. For Quick Park, after crossing ZoNe A signboard, you'll see Traffic signal and ZoneB signboard. Take Right TURN immediately after Traffic light and before Zone B. Your plate number is automatically detected and Enter into Car park. For Premium Valet Entrance, Yiu can take Entrance After zone B and before Zone C.
Used T1 Premium Valet on 16 Jan 2026 around 6:30pm. I drove in without an online booking. There was only one staff member on duty who came out and did a quick check of my car.nnI then asked a simple question: “How much is it?” Instead of answering, the staff pointed to the price board at the entrance about 15 metres away from reception and told me to check it myself. I asked again, and the staff repeated that I “should check the price before entering.”nnJust to be clear, I have no issue with the price it was $82 for up to 3 hours. My issue is that the basic politeness and customer service were basically non-existent. For a service marketed as “premium,” I expected at least a courteous, helpful response.
If I could give them 0 stars I would.nThey damaged My Vehicles Rims upon collection. The driver owned up to it and claimed he took photos and filed an incident report. After I spoke with the Manager on Duty, I too emailed the incident, they brushed it off and Lied to me that they will investigate but did nothing about it. They Tried to put the blame on me. Avoid using this service and If you do park your vehicle here take photos of your car at the drop off Point. They Cant be trusted and Sam who claims there is hundreds of cameras in the car park is full of it. Own up to your Poor service, and Bad Drivers Sam.

Very poor experience at T1 Premium Valet Sydney Airport. You pay a premium price but get shockingly bad service.nnWhen we arrived, the staff member was talking on his phone while dealing with us — incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. He didn’t even say a word, just kept pointing around with his lips and hands. Then, he moved the seat all the way back and didn’t bother to put it back, showing zero care or attention.nnWhen I came to collect my car, the exit was under construction and blocked with traffic cones. The staff made no effort to help — I had to get out of my own car and move the cones myself.nnFor a “premium” valet service, you expect trained staff with at least some basic etiquette and respect. Instead, it felt careless, rude, and absolutely not worth the money.
