Beware the number plate recognition system may fail under severe weather conditions that will leave your car soaked wet and the operator could not hear you that you need scream to pass you in. Certainly this expensive car park needs weather proof facilities as per click charge.
I've been going regularly for many years to do family pickup's. I've never had a problem with the carpark. The common issue is other carpark users who might get overwhelmed with airport pick-up pressure and forget how to think, or how a carpark operates.
Typically I expect to be a little overwhelmed while getting to the airport with the cars making last minute turns and constant changes to the traffic but today I had to all together give up and park at a local restaurant just to pick up a loved one. Loved ones had to book an Uber because it was difficult to enter into express parking. From construction areas blocking express entry way that didn’t warn a driver before heading there and seeing that it was a closed area, to alternative roads that lead to the same closed area and prior to turning into the road that lead into the express area had no unbroken lines in order to merge into the “express lane”; so you either had to pray that the other drivers would be kind enough to let you through or just risk collusion. Be aware and stay safe.
Parking at Sydney Domestic Airport was overall a positive experience. Although finding the entrance was a bit tricky at first, once we got in, there was plenty of parking available. The spaces were well-organized, and we didn’t have to drive around too long to find a spot.nnOne of the best parts is the easy access to the terminals – it’s a short and straightforward walk, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. It definitely takes some of the stress out of airport travel.nnIf the signage to the entrance was clearer, it would have been perfect. But aside from that, it’s a convenient and reliable option for anyone flying domestically from Sydney. Would definitely use it again!
Went to pick up my wife & 2 daughters. Thanks for the reviews here that helped me know where to turn right. Only problem is 15 mins wasn’t enough as the ladies went to the bathroom and we were out 4 mins 19mins late. So that was $11.60 extra for 4mins !!!
