Shame to all the P7 workers/drivers here, at least to the ones who were present two days ago on Sunday at 9PM. Their behaviour absolutely disgusted me.nnI rarely leave reviews but just had to say something…. We had a change of circumstances and couldn’t board our flight. Our car was only parked for 2 hours but we had to pay the entire fee of 10 days — no refunds allowed. Meaning we would have to pay the entire fee again to park there.nnPutting aside even that company scam policy, the P7 team was incredibly dismissive, rude, and unsympathetic to us the whole interaction. And they told us they even lost the car! Were they just horribly petty and lied to us, or were they seriously that incompetent?… I don’t know. And I don’t know which one would be worse.nnIt took them an awfully long time to find it, and when they sent a driver to pick it up, it took him a long time to retrieve it for us, too! Their service was outstandingly terrible; I was speechless then. And while we were waiting just outside, they were gathered in a circle and laughing to themselves, glancing back and forth at me and my family.nnI sincerely hope that they learn to be kinder people. My heart broke for my dad and his partner while this whole thing went down, because they were already upset by our holiday delay, so this rubbed salt in the wound.
If I could give a “0-star” review, I would. The on-site manager flatly said they were unable to accommodate our unavoidable change in plans, even though the airline rescheduled our flight. He would not even have a conversation about us coming back in two days’ time under the same booking. So we will have to pay the entire fee all over again, although we only parked there 2 hours! Oh, and they lost the car in two hours!n*Edit- the on-site manager was unreasonable and rude, but we finally received our money back after chasing the money higher up*
Be warned! No refunds when travel circumstances change, no chance to alter booking although this is advertised when booking. P7 pocketed the two weeks’ worth of parking fees and said “bad luck”.nnThe car took absolutely ages to be returned. Meanwhile the behaviour we witnessed from the drivers was very unprofessional, throwing keys around and laughing at customers, mimicking them etc. An all-round terrible experience.
They have no regard of other's property, they parked my car under a pine tree, when the strong wind came few cones dropped and made several dents on my car's roof and bonnet. Also plenty of tree sap as well, no wonder they discount more than the self parking in P7. If your car survived the cones fall, you need to polish off the sap as well.
Dropping off and pickup was easy. But I feel like they drive the cars around when you park there few or more days. As when I checked my dashcam on return I see my car being driven around the airport.
