What a day! The Sydney Harbour Bike Tour run by Linda and Grant has been the highlight of our Sydney experience. First of all it was so much fun! They were so accommodating to arrange a day for us after rain caused two previous cancellations…a good call on their part as it would not have been as enjoyable or safe in the rain. We were taken through so many interesting areas in and around the downtown area, from the botanical gardens area, around the sea wall, through the various wharves, Circular Quay and even over the Sydney Harbour bridge. Linda provided informative historical and site information with knowledge and humour. This is a must do tour in Sydney and I would suggest it for the beginning of your downtown visit as it will give you a thorough overview of places to return to for further exploration.
My wife and I attended this tour with Grant and had an amazing time! Grant was not only funny, friendly, and personable, but also incredibly knowledgeable of Sydney’s history/locations. We traveled at a comfortable pace on superb equipment. He made sure we were comfortable with the bikes before taking off. Along the route, he recommended other activities we could try and places we could go. We had an amazing time and we highly recommend this to anyone visiting Sydney!
We recently went on the Sydney Harbour bike tour with Grant and Linda and it was an absolute blast! The tour was 3 hours long and we got to see some of the most iconic landmarks in Sydney, including the Sydney Opera House and the Sydney Harbour Bridge. The electric bikes we used were so much fun to ride and made it easy to keep up with the group. The route was well-planned and we were able to take in some breathtaking views of the harbour. But what really made the experience special was the fantastic guides, Grant and Linda and not forgetting Linda’s amazing banana bread! They were knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure that we felt safe at all times. They provided plenty of interesting information about the sights we were seeing and were happy to answer any questions we had. Overall, I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Sydney. It's a great way to see the city and get some exercise at the same time. Thanks, Grant and Linda, for a wonderful experience!
What a great day in Sydney! My wife and I have visited Sydney many times but we had never seen the city the way we did with this tour. We visited all the famous spots around the harbor and some additional hidden gems but going by bike tied it together and helped us understand how the different neighborhoods of the waterfront relate to each other. Sydney Harbor Bike Tours’ german-made electric bikes are first-rate and very comfortable to ride. Grant was a fabulous guide and his love of the city is infectious. The 3-hour tour seemed to go by before we knew it. It was a glorious day we we sorry to see it end. Take this tour—you will have a great time!
Grant from Sydney Harbour Bike Tours was a wonderfully accommodating and informative tour guide! It was the first time on an eBike for our family of 5 Sydney locals. We all enjoyed the fantastic route he guided us through, seeing all the beautiful iconic Sydney sites from a different angle and historical experience. We got a chance to meet Sydney, the seal, at the Opera House. Grant was terrific in guiding us through a busy Saturday morning crowd, particularly manoeuvring through Circular Quay, Cockle Bay, and Tumbalong Park. I would recommend doing this tour on a weekday. Thank you very much for sharing your great knowledge of Sydney and making the day so much fun for our family.
Had such an amazing tour! The e-bikes were in tip top shape. I learned so much. Grant and Linda we're a wonderful, knowledgeable duo making my first day in Sydney a beautiful experience regardless of the rain. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely recommend this tour. My three teenage kids and I did it this week and we all loved it. Perfect way to see a lot of central Sydney and ride over the Harbour Bridge. Grant & Linda were great hosts, very friendly, informative and thoughtful. Bikes were so easy and fun to ride. I rarely post reviews but wanted to because we enjoyed it so much. Highly recommend! The tour operators are lovely and easy-going, and provided outstanding E-bikes, in great condition. We had a beautiful day and easy ride around the city to see all of the highlights, with just our family and one other. Loved the small group feel, and were well cared for. Don’t miss this experience while you are in Sydney!
