Long wait time to get on a well used paddleboat in which the back rest wouldn't even stay in its position. Zero guidance or advice from staff re how to best manoeuvre. Would love to experience paddleboating run by a different company on a different river.

Very disorganised. It was hard to know which queue was for what. A lot of cutting the queue too. After waiting 1 hour for an overpriced pedalboat at 30 degrees without shade, we decided to go for a refund.
Good activity, But the management was awful, 1 hours waiting in the sun to get a boat, Would be great if they use number system for making waiting line.
What a wonderful place in the middle of Sydney. The family have spent many days enjoying all the facilities. The kids love it and I love that they are out enjoying nature.
Guy at the counter was so rude and unhelpful. Only one other staff member helping everyone onto the canoes and boats.. People were waiting at least an hour for service. Decided to get a refund instead. No system for lining up and basically a big mess of a place.
