Rachel, our tour guide and BlueBananas was awesome! There were just 4 in our group and we learned so much about the city. Don’t even think about renting bikes and doing a tour on your own if you have never been to Sydney! Rachel taught us so much about Sydney and showed us bike routes and trails that we would have never found. We enjoyed so much and highly recommend! Just do it...so worth the price!
Rachel gave us a lively, informative and fun bike tour of the city. As it was an extra hot day, we ended up taking her up on the offer to use the electric bikes and we didn’t regret it! She got great pictures of us in front of key attractions and we never felt rushed. We would highly recommend this tour to couples visiting the city for the first time and as a way to take in many great sites in an enjoyable way. Thank you Rachel!
The Blue Bananas bicycle trip was awesome. It was a great addition to our first day in Sydney. I recommend this for anyone. The electric bikes made it easy to cross the bridge with little effort. Our guide was helpful and enthusiastic.
One of my favorite experiences in Sydney by far. I looked at all the bike tours and when with this one because I wanted to try the electric bike and I love it! Even if you're fit and used to road biking it gives you a very awesome new experience. Lots of torque :D And I almost forgot... The tour and the guide is very awesome!! You even get some small surprise snacks and free pictures emailed to you! Will definitely be back especially if more tours will be available.
We had a great time doing the Bike the Bridge tour, I got to see parts of Sydney I didn't even know existed in a way I'd never even thought about. Our expert guide took us to all the best spots in the city and even had the foresight to make sure we were well placed to stop undercover while a blast of torrential rain passed over us. He kept a close eye on those in the group who weren't confident riders, made sure we rode to the conditions and all arrived at our destination safely. The electric bikes made any hills effortless and the route was designed to ensure that the group would be on dedicated bike paths for the majority of the tour. Definitely reccommended for a unique way to see Sydney!
Had such a good time with these guys. My family came over to visit me in Sydney and they wanted to see the sights... And this did NOT disapoint!! We managed to see so much in such a short time. Cycling around the Opera House and over the bridge were personal favourites. Rachel looked after us and she was great. We were the only ones on the tour that morning, which meant we could do it at our leasure, stopping/taking a little longer to do the things we wanted. The electric bikes were real fun too, worth getting for sure! I honeslty couldn't recommend Blue Bananas enough - a great experience from start to finish. I'll be getting anyone I can on to them now! :
We had an A+++++ tour of sunny Sydney from Maddie with Blue Bananas. The pace of the tour was perfect, the bikes are top notch and safe. We covered most of Sydney, crossed the bridge and hit places that we never find without the tour. A really great time !
100% recommend tour for anyone going to Sydney. This tour is so awesome, where should I start. My guide was Jake and he was like the most fun and accommodating person. As I was with a senior, he puts safety as his priority and made sure everything was well before moving off. We went to all the main sites in Sydney and without this tour, I wouldn't have been able to see everything. My tour exceeded a little time wise which clearly showed that the customer experience was the main importance instead of completing the job. The bike was excellent. I am a terrible cyclist and was able to climb slope without breaking a sweat. The bike used was assisted electric bike which helps you go up slope really easily. Overall, the tour was great, got to see all the main things and extra in Sydney CBD, fantastic and knowledgable guide, awesome bike, safe tour and affordable price. Highly recommend.
Only have a day to see Sydney so I thought a bike ride might be a good idea. I’m really glad I booked this as I got a personal tour led by Ryan, who was very informative and safety conscious. I got to see places I never would have gone on my own. Really recommended!
Two of us in our late 50's just loved this tour. Great guide small group. Bikes were comfortable and so much fun. We loved the fact that no research was required just follow the guide.Safe and covered more than we could in a day on foot. Highly recommend. Very timely. Great photo opportunities.
