We had our first lesson for our 4 year old last week, and he loved it. The staff were great - it was fantastic. Thanks Swimworld, and looking forward to lots more swimming to come.
I insisted on doing a beginners adult class but they put me in advance and made me pay the whole term. First lessons was overwhelming and i wanted a refund but nothing. Disappointing.
A+ swim school. The environment is warm & welcoming, my children love coming here. They have made great progress since we have commenced, a real testament to the knowledgeable, friendly, professional staff.
SwimWorld is a fantastic place to take our kids for professional swimming sessions. They have advanced very quickly with the assistance of hard working and professional teachers. Staff are very professional and friendly too. We recommend you to take your kids until they fully graduate from the this fabulous swimming centre.
Our children have been learning for over 3 years at Swimworld Glen Waverley. We have seen such a vast improvement in their swimming skills. The instructors are very knowledgeable and skillfull. Patient with children and direct with their instructions. The admin team are friendly and helpful. Anna has been very helpful and always approachable.
Really rude and aggressive staff. If they feel entitled to behave like that with me as an adult, there is no way I would entrust my children to them. Pick somewhere else for swim lessons eg. MARC on Waverley rd.
It’s very nice of you the staff who working this morning in the cafe, who made me a very nice cuppchino and offered me the free coffee when I don’t have enough cash! Very appreciate! Besides, the coffee is really good! Worth to come visit even just for a coffee!

amazing staff and it is very organised place. There is always support for the kids, parents and anyone who is interested swimming. wish it is bigger than this size which is enough but it is just my wish. Small shop for goodies is always packed because it is very nice and handmade by the a young girl!!! Amazing!!
My two boys have been learning swimming at SwimmingWorld for several years, it used to be quite good but now we are very disappointed at the poor management and bad experience, especially communicating with the staffs there. My elder son, who can already swim more than 10 meters in freestyle by himself and suppose to be upgraded to level 5 in the first semester of 2022, received the same certificate both level 4 in two weeks in a row. He took another test upon my request, and then we’ve been told he can be upgraded to level 5… It seemed like either his teacher was not familiar with my son’s ability and situation at all or this place is under such a chaotic management the students didn’t deserve enough attention for their learning. My younger son has always liked swimming lessons, till last year. He cried during class, and when he was reluctant to go back the water, a staff tried to appease him, but in a rather cold manner and since then, he became afraid of the swimming pool and no longer willing to go swimming. After this accidental event, swimmingworld told us that we could transfer my younger son's lessons to my older son. But the fact is quite different. Last week was the last remaining lesson and when we finished our lessons were told that we needed to pay for the last class because it was a make-up. My husband explained that it should be a transfer. But Swimmingworld didn’t recognise it and said we need to pay an extra $25 termination fee! We are very disappointed about this! It’s not about money, but we’ve never been provided the information about transfer/making up class, termination fees and so on. And they sure did find a lot of excuses to stop us from finishing the rest of the course when they realised that we were not going to continue with them, it felt like been betrayed by an old friend. It’s such an disappointment since my boys used to have a good time there, but now it’s like a totally different place.
