The store itself had a fantastic range of swimwear and accessories and was lovely and clean.The fitting rooms were spacious and comfortable.nThat’s where it stops.nUnfortunately the service…well actually there was no service was disgraceful.nIt was the beginning of a hot weekend in January and my mother needed to buy bathers. As we collected swimwear to try on we were not greeted by the 3 staff members,who were chatting and hanging at the back of the store right beside the fitting rooms! we passed many times as we went back and forth collecting bathers and accessories to try on between the store and the fitting rooms.nNot once did anyone offer help, ask questions or strike up a conversation with us during our visit.nnWe were there for an hour and a half.nnGobsmacked that in a swimwear store where many people would love to have a welcoming , friendly and supportive environment there was nothing.nOur final checkout experience at the front of store was pleasant.nJust do better.
Terrible service. Actually no service. I was in there for 20 mins and not even a ‘hello’ - I really needed help with sizes and colours. I had to manage the change room on my own and when I finally went to the counter to get some help with some board shorts I was greeted with ‘Taking those?’nLooking at reviews below I see that this has been an ongoing issue not addressed.
Such a lovely store with beautiful swimwear. The staff were warm, helpful and friendly. Really glad that I went to this store! Definitely the best Swimwear Galore store I've visited. Will be back! Xx
Just visited swimwear at Mentone and cannot say thank you enough. You ladies made what is typically an intimidating, awkward and uncomfortable shopping trip into something fun and easy. I even found a two piece swimsuit! Who would have thought. Thank you for all your help and encouragement, it made so much difference to my confidence. Would highly recommend! And such a huge range. Thank you!
I have been to Swimwear Galore before they helped me workout sizing for my body . I went last week and got something I didn’t like when I went home it was no problem to take it back and get a refund
