Heading away and it’s been a few years since I brought new bathers. I booked a stylist via website for Malvern store and was so happy, she was amazing! Anna,had styles I had put in the description of my booking, nailed the brief. Helped me and was honest, didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. We got down to the finalists and I got 2 pairs which I love . Highly recommend Anna and the Malvern store. Thanks lovely
A huge range of swimwear, huge! Staff are semi friendly but usually too busy talking amongst themselves. I purchased bathers in November for $150 for a Hawaiian holiday and have worn them a bit over this summer but the wire now pokes out. $150 is a lot and they have only lasted one summer.
I went there today for the first time and had to take a few items to the fitting room several times, about three or four times. I asked the staff to hold two items for me that I wanted to purchase while I looked for more. Not only was I not offered any assistance during this time, but I also overheard them laughing at me when I took more items to try on. Additionally, they put back the items I had asked them to hold for me.nnWhen I asked to speak to the store manager, Sam, and inquired about their customer assistance policy, she responded in an extremely defensive manner, insisting that they have excellent customer service and that I should have asked for help.nnWhile I am satisfied with the items I eventually bought, I would not have purchased them if I didn’t want to avoid wasting my time. However, I found the staff’s and the manager’s attitudes very disappointing and unapproachable. I won’t be shopping at their store again in the future.
My husband bought me 2 bikinis - we had the best service - so welcoming & kind - however, my most memorable moment was wen i was made 2 feel comfortable being a skinny lady with a G Cup. I never felt ashamed or uncomfortable. HIGHLY recommend this store. I wil b back
The staff here are so rude and unapproachable. If you are going to be in customer service a smile and being helpful is a MUST! I asked for a size down in bather bottoms after walking out of the change rooms to do so and was told that they don’t have that size in stock which is fine but after looking again they had the size I wanted in a different style, of the same print! May as well be unstaffed because I did all the hard work.nNever again Swimware Galore Malvern.
