I recently visited swimwear galore in Malvern and felt it deserved a review. The range of bathers is fantastic, but it was the staff that really earned the review. They were helpful without being too pushy, and they understood what worked best for me. I would try on, find fault somewhere in the look and they would have a solution delivered to the change room in no time. A very pleasant shopping experience!!
I went there today for the first time and had to take a few items to the fitting room several times, about three or four times. I asked the staff to hold two items for me that I wanted to purchase while I looked for more. Not only was I not offered any assistance during this time, but I also overheard them laughing at me when I took more items to try on. Additionally, they put back the items I had asked them to hold for me.nnWhen I asked to speak to the store manager, Sam, and inquired about their customer assistance policy, she responded in an extremely defensive manner, insisting that they have excellent customer service and that I should have asked for help.nnWhile I am satisfied with the items I eventually bought, I would not have purchased them if I didn’t want to avoid wasting my time. However, I found the staff’s and the manager’s attitudes very disappointing and unapproachable. I won’t be shopping at their store again in the future.
Friendly and helpful staff - all of them. The store is very welcoming and well laid out. I normally don't like shopping for bathers but this was a great experience. I drove 30 mins to come here and it was worth it. They have everything you can think of for swimming/beach/holiday.
The staff here are so rude and unapproachable. If you are going to be in customer service a smile and being helpful is a MUST! I asked for a size down in bather bottoms after walking out of the change rooms to do so and was told that they don’t have that size in stock which is fine but after looking again they had the size I wanted in a different style, of the same print! May as well be unstaffed because I did all the hard work.nNever again Swimware Galore Malvern.
Sam, Lisa, Kylie, Aman and Claudia were fantastic and made it very easy to spend $1000 on swimwear. I live on the Gold Coast and there’s nowhere like this up there we need swimwear galore on the GC.
