Absolutely loved our stay at Sweet Resort! The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed for comfort and relaxation. The food was fantastic, with a great variety of delicious options, and the drinks were expertly made. What really made our experience special was the outstanding service—the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing getaway. Can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend!
Our elderly parents were staying at Swell Resort during the recent cyclone. Sharon went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure they were looked after with both the essentials and with comforts. She went out to get them food and even made sure they had hot water for that essential cup of tea! It was very reassuring to know that we had Sharon on the team. Our biggest thanks to her and the team at Swell!
Enjoyed our 2 week stay. It's an amazing place to relax and enjoy time away from your normal routine. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The facilities were awesome and I would recommend Swell Resort to all my friends. Regards the Kiwis from Auckland.
Our stay at this hotel was far from pleasant.nThe room was unclean and there were noticeable stains on the carpet and furniture. We didn’t even feel we could eat in the space.nnWe went to the pool area and there were people smoking on the balconies of surrounding rooms. The smell was disgusting and unsafe for our baby.nnGiven these issues, we decided to check out early and found alternative accommodation. Staff did not seem to care much about this even after explaining why we were leaving early.nnWe will not be returning and cannot recommend this accommodation to others. Very disappointing overall.
Loved our stay, the apartment was so comfortable and had everything we needed for our week-long stay. Lovely pool and so close to the beach. Also the Indian restaurant next door was delicious
