Disappointed that 2 hours after checking out we realised packed items, all in bags and a boxes in the kitchen had been missed on departure. We phoned and they admitted some items were there, we drove back from Hope Island and found half the items missing!! I called again today, less than 24 hrs since we left and of course the manager has not called back. 
Come on guys, you only had to check registration and you would see we were locals! 
Sad that you have taken this attitude, I have lived on the coast for 47 years always in business and I know reputation is paramount. No recommendation for you guys.
