Very nice and easy walking trails. I would recommend to take the right track first as the uphill climb is shorter than the the one on the left. We took the left track and the rest were uphill battle. But very easy relaxing track. There's benches along the way if you want to sit and rest. Nice lookouts as well.
Well worth a visit. Several routes with excellent views. Many awesome lizards and several huge trees. Even spotted a whale from the top view point. No koalas unfortunately but will try again soon
A nice and easy walk through the bush that is used by locals and visitors alike.nYou can park near Burleigh beach and complete this walk in under an hour. It is mostly in the shade and if you are lucky you may see brushturkeys and some lizards. There are some stairs and some areas of the track are uneven, but overall it is an easy walk.
My happy place! If you are visiting the Gold Coast make sure to spend a day at Burleigh Heads and have a walk around the National Park, unbeatable views and very well laid out walking paths. You have a choice of walking beachside or challenge your fitness level by going into the national park/forest or maybe do both. It will be one of the best things to do aside from the usual tourist traps in the Goldie. Best time to go is sunrise but any time is a good time really. After the walk go to James St for coffee, food, shopping or just soak up the beautiful energy and beach vibe of Burleigh.
Very beautiful, small national park. There is a very nice path along the coast that leads past several beautiful beaches and bays. The only negative was that when I was there on a weekend it was very busy.
