I don't usually like to write such negative reviews online, however my experience with the used car salesman was awful and I really hope they can change this part of their business. First, it's fine they rejected my offer for the car, it's a business of course and they need to make a reasonable profit on each sale. However, if you are looking for someone to talk down to you,  act angry and swear for no reason. Look no further then this place.
The sales person, was very rude, condescending and argumentative.

All you had to do, was a make counter offer, (I did call up before hand to check if the price was negotiable.) Explain, the features of the car, their advantages and how this makes the price reasonable.

I have no idea about your hiring process for car salesman, but you really dropped the ball here. 

The reception lady was very professional and apologetic. 

However, I ended up making a purchase from a dealer out of town. Would have loved to support a local business, but when they have service like this, it really turns me of even bothering to ever deal with them again.
