Contacted the online service about a few truck stock numbers and was quickly assured those trucks were still available. I was put in touch with JD in sales and he put his eyes on the trucks due to I was gonna have travel a ways to get there. We set an appointment time, same day, I was late of course, but JD had the truck I was most interested in pulled around and read to drive. Test drove the truck, they inspected my trade in, financing was discussed and agreed on, papers signed and drove the new truck home. All this on a Saturday. Still made dinner appointment that evening. JD did great job making the process easy and smooth. All the staff was great and attentive, even though it was the first Saturday of college football. Thanks Cleveland Ford.
I recently purchased a new Ford Maverick truck at Cleveland Ford. My wife and I were impressed with the professionalism of all involved, particularly Adam and Ade. I spent a short time in the waiting area having a coffee, and I noticed that everyone on the staff was dealing with customers in the same courteous and helpful manner. The whole experience was a pleasure, something I wouldn't normally say about doing business at a car dealership. We will bring our business here in the future. Well done to everyone at Cleveland Ford!
Do not buy a truck unless you talk with Adam at Cleveland Ford first. I've bought plenty of cars in my time and never had such a down to earth guy who genuinely goes to bat for the customer. You would swear the guy doesn't get commission with how, non pressure his approach is. He has earned my business from here on and he alone is responsible for the 5 star experience because he handles everything as if it wasn't even a job for him.
My focus had the clutch actuators go out. Ford pulled all but 2 loaners away. Cleveland ford really stepped up and let me use a loaner. Matt and Zach have been great. Thank you all. This dealer is amazing.
If looking to buy a car, you're better off taking your business elsewhere. We attempted to order a vehicle at MSRP plus appropriate doc fees, and the sales staff added a bogus $1,400 'premium safety package' fee. According to the salesperson, the fee came from 'corporate,' which smacks of misdirection. We asked them to remove the safety fee which Ford Cleveland staff are on record as saying is optional anyway and we politely asked if the $600 doc fee was negotiable. To our surprise, the salesperson returned from talking with their manager and essentially said, "Thanks for coming to see us; we are unable to move forward with this order." They barred us from ordering a vehicle over a fee negotiation. What a brittle spirit, and what a slap in the face to consumers. Please utilize our negative experience to better inform your judgment if you decide to do business with Cleveland Ford. Cleveland Ford staff: we don't want your "apologies" and we are not interested in "discussing the matter further." There are human beings on both sides of every transaction, and you squandered your chance at treating us as such. In the interest of that mutual respect that should have been maintained, we are not mentioning any personnel by name. I'd advocate you take this feedback in stride and do better.
The employees at Cleveland Ford do their very utmost best to help in many ways. Mike in the parts department was extremely awesome and helpful! He knew of my dilemmas and my limits of what I could due to take care of what I needed and went above and beyond to assist in making it happen!!!! Thank you again Mike!
Took my truck in for an oil change. Haven't had any problems with it. Been driving great and no service lights have come on. They tell me I need a laundry list of things done. Tell me the total I'd be paying and I was ok with it so I have them do everyday needs to be done. Then they come back and tell me there's another long list of things that need to be fixed and it's going to cost me over 4000 dollars. So I of course decline the repairs. I go to pick up my truck and the total is now 200 dollars more than what I was initially told. This place is hands down the worst place I've ever dealt with. I was charged 160 dollars for each individual diagnosis when they had me under the impression is 160 for diagnosing everything. Only positive thing I can say about this place is that they do over shuttle service, which they most definitely should at the prices they charge for everything else.
This is the 2nd time we have had to have our Ford serviced for completely shutting down. Just like last time, the Ford service department keeps pushing us off and talking in circles. In both instances they have had our vehicle for 3+ weeks. Also in both instances we have been told the parts were in and that the car would be ready by a certain date only to be told later that they just received the parts and it would be another week. They also told us a courtesy car would be covered only to later tell us they weren't going to give us one. The Ford service department is by far the slowest and seemingly dishonest business I think I have ever dealt with. If I could give zero stars, I would. We will not be buying Ford in the future. Very disappointed.
Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Have a covered warranty under Ford to repair any electronic parts on a vehicle with 40,000 miles. This Ford company told me that it needed an updated screen in which it did not the screen did not work. They told me that they needed to do the update to see what parts they may need to make the screen work. Not wanting to inform me that they could replace the screen and it be covered under the warranty all in. Ended up taking my car back and taking it to Mountain View Ford in Chattanooga‘s and they could not believe that Ford of Cleveland wanted to update a screen that obviously would not work even if it was updated. Tried to charge me $350 for something that didn’t even need to be charged to me at all because they’re money hungry. So I highly recommend Mountain View Ford and not Ford of Cleveland because I feel like I was just getting yanked around with this service department
