Came here multiple times, only really good one is the sashimi deluxe and everything else is poor. The sushi rolls has good flavour in filling however the rice and seaweed taste so horrible. Why is it so stale and dry additionally the customer service is low mid. Had a staff in one incident just throw soy sauce, wasabi, soy sauce tray, napkins and chopstick in there, clearly showing his Chinese attitude. Conclusion, only sashimi is good and everything else is bad. Don't really recommend coming here just go to other sushi shops which have better quality sushi, better custom service and more superior staff.

Bad customer service and no professionalism especially to the filipinas who work here, doesnt even think twice if customer can fully understand their language. My friend’s card got declined at first purchase then suddenly started making fun of how my friend doesn’t even have money in their language when my friend speaks their language. No need to be rude to be honest, they jut want to buy their meals. Made my friend feel bad buying sushi from this place. Dont even bother buy sushi from this place.

Great atmosphere and great food. Did have trouble getting the wait staff's attention to order off the menu, but overall we had a great dinner.
Got the chicken and tuna rolls with brown rice. Rice was stale hard and under cooked.
Cannot speak highly enough, the best sushi place ever. I'm very picky with my sushi especially with that the rice is to sticky or the seaweed is to strong. This place is perfect with every ingredient. I go there as often as I can. Absolutely delicious.
Great sushi. If your looking for a vegetarian option the cucumber and avocado rolls are amazing. Daughter loves the avocado mini rolls.
I don't understand the service at your store, I always feel rushed when trying to order, then you give your flimsy containers to the customers with no extra items, like utensils, serviettes or carry bag. Then you act annoyed when you're asked for these items. And please change your containers so they can be re-sealed or provide elastic bands so they can be closed again, very inconvenient
10/10 the absolute best sushi place in Penrith by far, the Grilled Salmon Nigri is my favorite. The team are so sweet to me every time I visit. Thank you!
