Sushi Bay-I love eating . However it's quite expensive and the plates seem to get smaller and smaller. I mean like the portions on the plates which are all coloured coded cheapest from $3.50 to $9.00 . For just the two of us it cost is $50. with green tea. I barely took photos of the plates I had as I was too busy eating. But I love eating at sushi restaurants that have the Sushi Train. Always friendly service and greeted as you enter the restaurant.
Used to be good. Now overpriced, lower quality and poor management. The train was completely full, with more dishes stacked up high behind the counter. All the plates meant to be hot were stone cold. Some dishes clearly from lunch, and we were there are 8pm. Never again.
Highly recommend this place. Sushi is always fresh, good mix of dishes on the train and this place serves the best ever spicy karaage chicken!!! Thank you for providing such a great customer experience :
Best sushi train in penrith. Food is always so good and fresh. Wish there was more seats because sometimes waiting 10 minutes for a seat is a pain but it’s worth the wait. Staff are so kind.
Great western style sushi, the lunch selection had plenty of variety and was very tasty staff were friendly and attentative to our needs. Price was average for the style of eatery.
The food is fantastic!!! friendly staff and outstanding service!!!! Could benefit from getting some lower tables so that people who are wheelchair users can dine in instead of just getting take away!!!
Been going here for years but as of late the quality and freshness of the sushi has dropped immensely. Same great dishes but most of the dishes supposed to be served hot/warm are cold and soggy by 1:30pm. The taste has definitely dropped in the most popular dishes as well. Very disappointing especially when you pay such a premium price compared to the competitors.
It's fun choosing and picking dishes as they come round on the train. There is a good selection of different dishes and you can watch the staff prepare them in the middle of the train. Take care with the wasabi sauce!
Terrible. Poor hospitality and rude. Came here today 4th December, 2020 at 4pm. It's a hot day, I was really hungry and tired after medical appointments. I just needed to sit down and eat. So you can imagine how I felt when staff REFUSED to provide tap water or even a self-serve area to get water. What was the excuse? They said they cannot give us water because of corona.......but they can give us plates!! They just didn't want to wash cups and were using a bogus excuse for the lack of hospitality. If I knew I would not have picked up a plate. Sadly we had to finish the plate we had before leaving and having to find another place with WATER in the Summer. So sad and stressful. I've eaten at other Sushi Bays and always had a lovely time. The food is good and the staff pleasant at other locations. Now I can never come back. What a sheer lack of hospitality and basic respect.
We ordered from here on uber eats. Their "large rolls" where TINY and aweful quality and the miso soup was powder in a paper cup. I can't speak for the restaurant itself but we won't be using these guys again unfortunately :.
