Staff were lovely unfortunately let down by the quality of the sushi train. Sushi didn’t taste freshly made - granted it was 2pm but the place was empty and lots of plates on conveyor for goodness know how long. Restaurant also smelt of refrigerated seafood that had been left in there a little too long. Also seem a little pricey for the serving size compared to other sushi trains. No plan to return.
The train didn’t have any fresh sushi. The soy sauce tasted off and made the sushi itself taste worse. Maybe it was a bad day but everything tasted dry and stale
Expensive for just 3 sushi on a plate.....other sushi trains I've been to, it's around the same price or cheaper and 6 sushi on a plate....also it wasn't made as well as other sushi placesFood: 3/5

Purchased a spicy box and a chicken box and a single spicy chicken roll seperately only to find out later they only gave 1 tiny sauce per box and nothing even with the seperate roll. You guys charge so much but lack proper provision of good service things especially being located on the rooftop now. Not really worth the money, food was dry and hard.
Not only was it super expensive and over priced compared to every other sushi trains we have been to, it was tasteless, the rice itself was gross too did not taste like sushi rice it was more so boiled jasmine rice or something. I have made sushi at home multiple times and it’s tasted way better than the sushi served here. If I could give zero stars I would but 1 star is the minimum. Super disappointed…
If you charging top dollar uptairs ur food should not be cold my order was soft crab plate $12
Paid $22 for 2 salmon sushi boxes, we waited 30mins for the sushi to be prepared “fresh” but the food did not taste fresh. The sushi isnt good. I got 2 peices into my sushi box and gave up. I ended up spitting out what I had in mouth then gagging up what I could. Customer service is okay but does not make up for their expensive food. I didn’t want to leave ANY stars but Google does not allow zero star reviews.
Slow slow service,they need more staff! There sushi is fresh and nice but a little bit too much rice in it There buns look good but it's no longer warm in the middle and a little messy to eat due to the sauce Prices a little more than expected Was expecting better
