I've had fades from Barbershops all over Sydney and Canberra but have never had one from a Salon before. Susan gave me a great fade at a great price (only $20!). She is very friendly and professional. I will definitely be returning!

I love Susan's! Great prices, she always does a great job and always tries to fit you in. Long open hours means it's easy to just walk in but you can also make appointments. Highly recommended

I always go to Susan hair& beauty salon because I truth her. I met her when she just arrived Australia seven years ago! She was working at town hall ! I introduced a lot of my friends go to her salon that everyone are so happy when they went to her salon. So I highly recommend her salon to everyone!

Worst experience ever. I've had bad haircuts before but this is by far the worst. Susan did not follow instructions at all, i asked for the same haircut she did for me the last time i went which was minimal layers. I ended up with lots and lots of UNEVEN layers which look absolutely horrendous no matter what hairstyle i try to do. I don't know if she was distracted or something but i definitely didn't get what i paid for. When i straighten my hair the uneven and ugly layers are visible. I've run out of hairstyles to try to get this haircut to work; it even looks bad in a bun or ponytail. It's affected my self-esteem and made me really depressed. Tomorrow im going to a different hairdresser to get my hair cut all one length to get rid of these awful layers. It's really sad that this place has such good reviews but i had to get a bad haircut. From the few negative reviews it looks like susan doesn't take criticism well. Im not returning here again.
