Very poor service when providing appointment. I waited there for 1 and half an hour for my threading and upper lips. So if they are busy they should not have to book the appointment. They told to come at 3:50 but wait for my service till 5:45.

Thank you Sonam dee and the Team for yesterday. I had my hair colour done red balayage... wow very happy with the result.All the staff were very  good and very friendly. I will definitely recommend my friends and relatives.Sonam dee thank you for helping to choose the colours.😀😃😄☺️

The best hair salon I have ever experienced before. Staff are really good and friendly having good attitudes towards customer. I will recommend my friends and relatives to visit heshela beauty hair salon. I will definitely visit heshela again in future.😊👍

My very first visit at Heshela..and it was a disaster..I personally think we go to Nepalese place coz its easier to communicate and yes we trust them,,so basically i had dyed my hair black about 4/5 months ago ( I did that myself)..and i just wanted to make it blonde again. My friends use to go there to do the eyebrows so i thought I should visit there too..Anyway so the lady there said i might not get the color i want coz i dyed it black and i said OK but she said since my hair is thin we could go for a darker blond and it should work..I trusted her so i basically sat there for almost 3 hours and guess what!!! My black hair was still black...disappointing..She still charged me the full price..ohh she gave me $5 discount..Very unprofessional.. In situations like that they should learn to say they cant coz basically they cant and its a waste of their time and the customers too..the next day when i washed my hair the scalp hurt like crazy.I would NOT RECOMMEND this place if you want to color your hair or facial..Very poor customer service..DISAPPOINTED!!!
