After nine months of growing my eyebrows out I attended Graces Salon for some simple shaping around the outlines and tinting before heading out for my birthday party. The following day when I washed my party face off, I revealed two very thin eyebrows that had now been completely reshaped undoing all my months of hard work. When speaking with the manager Wei to advise her of my disappointment I was hung up on, when I called back to discuss the matter further I was then put on loud speaker and as I explained myself the employee that did my eyebrows could be heard yelling in the background arguing everything I said. My mother, some family members and friends attend this salon regularly and have now been left feeling disappointed in my experience like I have. No effort was made to offer resolution instead I was made to feel like I had done something wrong by raising the issue with them. Zero Stars

 Wei is a Wonderful and fantastic beautician and person and  Wei is the owner of Grace Beauty. I have been going there for over 4 years now and i have never had a bad experience. Wei and her team are professionally great at their jobs and i highly recommend Grace Beauty to everyone.

Always been great, have been going here for a few years now. The ladies are intelligent and well-informed, loving what they do. They have always squeezed me in during peak times and I always feel like a million dollars when I leave. I would recommend them for waxing and facials.
