Have completed first trip Wodonga to Port Lincoln & back & found no faults. Delighted with finish & quality.
Only downside was I was not aware I could have a gas connection fitted for Webber BBQ which would save carrying small cylinder.
Also being tall, overhead cupboard at entry had sharp corner which I hit my head.

Love our Supreme Executive caravan. Very comfortable, lovely to tow, very happy with the interior it is well finished off.
Unfortunately, we cannot say we are happy with after service. We were in Marla, SA and our compressor refrigerator stopped working, plus we lost 240 watt power for the hot water? Rang Supreme as our van is still under warranty. Was told they would ring us back within the hour, 3 days later still waiting to hear from them. Only reason our refrigerator is fixed is because we took control ourselves. 
Supreme have very poor "care factor" once you take delivery of your caravan.

Thanks to Stig, Michael and Sam for working with us to produce such a beautiful fantastic van! Fabulous honest service where nothing was a problem. Highly recommended!!

We are bitterly disappointed with the quality of the van. We have had many leaks over the two years. WE have taken the van back on a number of occasions and yet it continues to leak. Over summer we also had the skylight over our main bed leak - all the silicone had come away on the outside which I would not expect on a van which is only 2 years old. Also our stickers on the outside of the van are fading, the control box in the front boot of the van has broken not to mention other issues. We love the layout however from the beginning we have many things go wrong - we spent nearly $60,000 on the van and do not feel we obtained value for money and the after service care we have received has been terrible. We were even told by the service department that many of the men working in the factory who built our van are ice addicts and so the quality or workmanship is not good. When you have your own staff admitting to this, it does not give us much confidence that we have a quality product.
