My old clip on mirrors never seemed to give the rear view i wanted when towing. I am glad I upgraded to clearview mirrors. It takes a bit of getting use to at first but I love them now. Even though they are pricey they are in my opinion definitely worth the money.
The only advice I would give is to remember to fold them in at shopping centres as other peoples mirrors can strike them when they open their door. Also when parking on the street so cars don't collect them when passing. I do it automatically and it has never been an issue. Maybe a future model could automatically fold in when the engine turns off?

Great mirrors. I bought them due to frequent towing, however have really grown to appreciate them when driving without a trailer as well. Canopy back on the ute sticks out 80-100mm either side, so standard mirrors are even more useless than normal. Clearviews take care of that issue beautifully. To top it off, they are not only practical but look good too. Certainly not timid with the pricing, but having used them now for a couple of months they are worth every cent.

I hate to go all cliche, but these really are the best thing since sliced bread. Well, in terms of ease of use and convenience for caravanners like me! One tug and you're ready to go. One push and you're back to day-to-day mode. Simple but brilliant!

Have fitted to my new DMAX, all ready for towing, but have found they are great for everyday use as well, the vision and ability to see the side of the Ute and the coverage of the blind spots is great. Have tried clip on mirrors in the past, spent more time stopping to pick them up off the side of the road, or removing them to fit in car parks, with Clear View I just slide them in and off I go, and they fold in if need be,

What a fantastic product so easy to use and  so simple to fit, literally took no time to fit from start to finish. A very solid product i will get many years of use out of.
