I ordered a Water pump for my Caravan and received it much earlier than I expected. I appreciate the quick response to my order. The price was excellent and I will be happy to use etimeRV Centre again, in the future.
Sent 4 emails have made 5 phones calls over the course of one month trying to order parts for our van. Lots of promises "we will get back to you" but unfortunately still waiting. I know people are busy, but this has been a very disappointing company to deal with.

Great service and even better prices. It seems like they prefer to deal online, but the staff were very helpful and they carry a good range of stock. I'll be going back, for sure.
Ordered via their website, card was charged and then nothing for a week. Emailed - no response for 2 days. Called - after explaining multiple times I wasn't an ebay customer - they find my order and ship it. Paid for Toll ipec courier, got auspost instead. Top it off sent to the wrong address billing, instead of shipping. Worst ordering experience .. ever.

Great business, really good communication and experience in the field, bought a $1200 washing machine, only paid $580 from etime, you couldnt find a better camping shop in Australia, highly recommend
