3 years ago Dr Hyde and team were recommended to me by a dear friend and it was a professional service right through however as a then 47yr old I wanted to discuss options and details with Michael. He was not interested in "wasting" a minute on my concerns but as it's his successful field I followed all instructions, spent over $1200 in prep for my records and braces only to be flippantly told to go back and have 2 teeth remove before he'd discuss the next step. One of the healthy teeth for extraction id just got re filled, that alone was $600... Not good enough, all my teeth and I are still fine. Hopefully noone is following this example after Dr Hyde retired but he certainly acted friendly to get your $$ Glad others got better, this is my reflection.
It was 6 yrs ago we started our journey with SuperSmiles. Everyone there is always so happy and cheerful. The wonderful assistants and hygienists were always asking how we were and what we were up too, even after pelting them with 100 questions about the progress of my two girls teeth. The ladies out at reception are so professional and caring, and always try to and make things run smoothly as possible. We had the chance to deal with 3 of the amazing orthodontists, who were all caring and really good at what they do. We are so happy with the results, I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great experience.
Supersmile Orthodontics is a professional and friendly practice that provides excellent Orthodontic services for all its patients. All staff members have been extremely welcoming and supportive throughout the years I have been a patient of this unbelievable practice. As a patient of Dr Hyde, I can say with utmost confidence that his professional and empathetic approach towards his patients coupled with his depth of knowledge make him the most amazing Orthodontist. The support he has provided me with is second-to-none and I would recommend him to everyone seeking an amazing smile. Supersmile is truly exemplary as an inviting, professional orthodontics practice. My whole family were patients of Dr Hyde and his orthodontic work was exceptional with us all being delighted with the incredible results. He is knowledgeable, meticulously thorough and precise, where it was evident up front that he was committed to providing ongoing excellent treatment and care. It was comforting and reassuring to know that we were placed in competent hands from beginning to end. All this in a beautiful clinic and a warm environment where also the assisting and reception staff were friendly, helpful with making us all feel very well looked after. I have been treated by this practice and have recommended so many of my friends who have also been happy! Not only is the care and result of the highest standard, but Dr Hyde is always so generous, making sure the patient experience is fun! I love their fancy dress days and the games room. Supersmile orthodontics are a professional and loving workplace who gave me and my 2 siblings a brilliant and life changing smile. They are so welcoming and fun to be around, the team always have such positive energy which makes you feel so comfortable. Wouldn't go anywhere else or suggest another place to anyone else!
I finally decided, as an adult, to continue the minor amount of orthodontic work I had received as a child. I needed bite correction and alignment of a recessed lower incisor. In my quest for the right specialist, I found that there was no other orthodontist I trusted more to achieve the perfect smile for me than Dr Hyde. For this reason I travel from Sydney for each appointment! I am almost at the end of my treatment and my teeth are looking fantastic. I am so excited for the big reveal only a couple of appointments away. Sarah, Petra and all of the other staff I have encountered throughout the course of my treatment have always been a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend!
A welcoming and friendly team! Dr Te Mo is knowledgeable and considerate. He explains the intended outcomes to the children as well as the parents, putting any anxieties at bay. Our appointments, and orthodontic treatment, have been a positive experience with excellent results. We would very happily recommend Supersmiles, and Dr TeMo, to our friends and family.
