Without a doubt always happy with the service i receive when i go there! The girls at the front are always lovely and i recommend it to all my family and friends. Never had a problem for the 3 years i have been going there and will continue to go there for a long time yet!

Extremely happy with the level of professionalism at modern dentistry, the reception staff were lovely!
My dentist made me feel very comfortable in the chair and was extremely thorough!
My friend recommended modern dentistry and I couldn’t be happier!

I live on the Gold Coast but I visit Canberra once or twice a year and always book in for my check ups while I'm there. After having to visit them one time while I was there with a tooth ache, I was so impressed with their service that now I make my check up appointments a part of my ACT trip.  I find them friendly and efficient and most of all gentle. 
See you guys again next trip! :-)

Facilities were nice and clean. I managed to get an appointment at the last minute. The reception staff were nice and friendly. 

However the appointment was very rushed, I only spent about 20 minutes with the dentist which is a bit unusual for a full checkup, x-ray and cleaning. The dentist wasn’t being very thorough with the examination.
I felt like I wasn’t really being cared for and I was just another patient in the queue.

Has gone downhill since Dr Tony Appleton left. The service was too quick and felt rushed. Furthermore, they would not even honour a birthday voucher I sent to them on the same day I got treated (forgot to bring it in on the day of treatment). To me, this smacked of an arrogant and smug attitude to service for customers. $25 off voucher may not seem much, but when I have saved that voucher for 6 months and forgot to present on the day (shock, horror, life has a way of keeping these sorts of things in the background and made me forget I had it) then their refusal to honour that voucher smacked of a short sighted attitude that couldn't care about rewarding long term (for over 5 years) customers. 
To recap:
-short, perfunctory, rushed service
-bad attitude from front of counter staff
-lack of basic customer service skills
-completely missed the point of mailing out 'loyal customers' a voucher - they are smug and need a reality check.
