I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the poor customer service I experienced at your store today. I was waiting in the queue, and the counter staff member spent an excessive amount of time talking to another customer about personal matters. This caused a significant delay for me and at least one other person Asian who was also waiting.nnFurthermore, based on my observation, it appeared that the staff member was dismissive and treated Asian customers poorly. I felt unwelcome and believe this is unacceptable behavior.nnI hope you will address this issue and ensure that all customers are treated with respect and efficiency, regardless of their appearance.
Friendly staff, very knowledgeable, made us understand and leave feeling better about what we bought. Went above and beyond with how to use product. Price was great, service amazing will shop there again. Left feeling happy and confident with product and experience
