I highly recommend not to get done any job this place, I complained about my issue but did not consider my request, further more very poor communication with the customer. No after sale responsibility at all.there is no qualified workers. machine are not good quality. If you have expensive car better to fine alternative place.
Changed my tyred from Nova Dandenong few times. Best tyre place ever. Excellent service from all the staff and the manager as well. Best prices in Victoria. Highly recommended..
The worst experience I’ve ever had at a tyre shop. Nova Tyres Dandenong should be ashamed to have someone like MJ working for them. When we pointed out that he was using an impact driver directly on the bolts instead of hand-threading first, he exploded, swore at us, and used filthy language. Completely unprofessional and disgusting attitude.nnIt’s shocking that the management allows someone this rude and aggressive to deal with customers. If the business can’t control its staff or train them in basic respect, then it doesn’t deserve anyone’s trust. Stay far away from this place — both the employee and the business are a joke.
Great service at Nova Tyres Dandenong. Staff were helpful and quick, prices were fair, and the whole process was smooth. Highly recommend for anyone needing tyres or related services.
I went to get all 4 tires replaced on my car then I had a approximate 40 minutes time to Finnish but it actually took 4 and a half hours and the even installed a tire wrong with all the time they had and also gave me the wrong size tires on the rear, I wanted 315/40ZR20 and got 315/35ZR20 so even with the 4 and a half hours that the job took they still messed it up. Later the next day i came back to get the tires fixed up then also they messed it up, they gave me the correct size tires but messed up the directions by putting it on backwards the front two tires had the inside label on the outside. This is the second time they have done this stupid mistake. Would not recommend this place to any one.
