Plz be careful going to these guys, I’ve only had the rim on my car for 5000km after getting them professionally repaired and painted and hadn’t had a single mark on them, unfortunately I was busy with work and my partner took my car in and didn’t think she would have to double check for damage as most people naturally would I rang them back after releasing that they had been damaged and was told there was no way that it was them and couldn’t possibly be us. I asked them to give me a mobile or email so I could send the photos of damage so they could see for them selves that it wasn’t damaged from hitting a curb and was tool marks but they didn’t want to hear it and just said there is no way it could be us. Sometimes it better to just go a reputable company and it will save you in the long run.
The customer service was so great! Had my tyres changed and they had a lot of choices with rims and tyres! The workers were very helpful, even tried to put a couple of wheel sizes to get the right one for my car. Definitely recommend this place!
I hit a chunk of concrete that was on the road and it bent my rim.nnWent to nova tyres, and they hit it back into shape with a hammer and I’m back to driving with no issues. And they did it for freennThey are always very helpful, you can ring them and ask if they have your tyre in stock and they’ll give you a price, almost the cheapest you will find anywherennI highly recommend them as they are super helpful, they do it so fast, and they don’t try and squeeze money out of you!
I hope that the customer is treated nicely and with a smile. We do not ask for much. Make sure, my dear, that dealing with the customer in a rude manner leads to a failure to repeat the visit. I backed out of the purchase and decided to repeat the visit.
Just got new wheels and tyres for our Colorado and can not express how happy we are with the work from the guys at Nova Tyres.nLess than an hour to have everything done and the price was the best we could find so could not be happier.nThe service was amazing and already have compliments on the wheels.
