Most incompetent company I have ever dealt with.nHad a bullbar fitted to a new Mr Triton.nThey butchered the wiring, sensors malfunction and rust forming on the bullbar due to dodgy fitment. Paint scratched when fitting the bar and damaged gearbox oil cooler fins.nComplaints were raised which took a manager named Alex 8 months to contact us, never heard back from him in relation to a fix.nTheir products are garbage and outdated.nHave so much time for them to fix errors and issues but nothing ever got done. Which is the reason for the google review.
Great modern store with extremely helpful staff
Bought the ironman swift 1400 roof top tent and after 2 weeks in the bush and two people sleeping in it everyday, I can tell the tent itself freakin rocks. I am very happy with the buying decision as I've looked at at lot of options in that price range and can recommend it.nnI've even got a 100 liter box on top only light stuff inside plus solar panels and it still opens up well - the swift 1400 cokes with 40kg struts. Some other brands only use 30kg struts.nnThe motop is even better and has some nice features the ironman doesn't, but it wouldn't be worth the grand more for me personally.nnOne star down because the guy at ironman sold me the brackets set to mount the ironman solar panels, but they wouldn't even do their job. Had to go to bunnings to get it mounted properly. Bit of a pain. Also some screws and nuts are rusty AF after 2 weeks only lol pics. The main nuts to mount the tent itself are way better and still look like new.nnEasy as thanks for reading hope this helps someone.
Zero customer service, online customer enquires flogs you off to your nearest supplier rather than answering enquiries about their products. Website is clunky and clumsy to navigate, difficult to add new items at check out. Gave up and moving on to a more customer focused business
Shot in this morning to have my canopy locking mechanism checked out as it had developed a fault… 90 minutes later was back on the road and all fixed!! Thank you very much.
