The management need to focus on the experience of their customers, not scalding the guys behind the counter for messing up and doing their best to fix things. Bowling experience itself was great. Like travelling back to the 70s - bad food, bad service and retro bowling alley that looks like it has had little done to it since it’s inception. Will return for the fun.
Oh how this place has deteriorated. I used to love coming here. But my last visit, the lanes were in such poor condition, you could hear the ball going over the corrugations, and it was impossible to play, or get the ball to travel straight. We checked other lanes and they were much the same or worse. They stung us full adult rates for children, and the pool shop upstairs is now indefinitely closed. Far from impressed.
Fun place to go and play Ten Pin Bowling with friends & family/adults or kids! Friendly staff, nice food, coffee, drinks for the adults and an arcade for the kids when not bowling. Popular but not a long wait if you are a walk-in like we were. Kids barriers and bowling helpers too, so anyone of any skill can bowl
Bowling was fun, the food was average like frozen food styletried to organise my own catering but they said no. But a lady at the snack bar was super rude, unlikely to go back there again for an event.
Went in to buy my first bowling ball and had an amazing experience, the lady on Wednesday was super helpful and very friendly, Matthew helped heaps with choosing a ball and did an awesome job at drilling it, he also helped improve my game and let me practice with another two handed bowler which helped heaps as he was very talented. Can’t wait to come back and bowl again and also to buy another ball in the future
The Wednesday Warriors bowling for juniors is great! Practice/training and then a game at a really affordable weekly price. Lovely staff and the kids love it
Warrick super bowl is fantastic if you like Authentic bowling. Staff are friendly and if you have been a few times it has a of a family feel from the staff. Love it!!!!!!
Lots of fun, staff were brilliant.. better than others, old style bowl, so very awesome... had a party there and kids had a ball!!!!
Incredible service and great vibe! The staff are super knowledgeable and so friendly, the lanes are awesome. Shoutout to Matt who went above and beyond when drilling my ball, you're a legend!
I bought 3 beer and burger deals when going to order the beers they would only serve me beer in a can I had to pay extra for glass and there was no stipulation on the coupon to say that I even asked the young girl behind the cafeteria counter for a glass to pour the beer into and she went to hand me a plastic cup so handed the two tins of beer back I feel totally ripped off extremely pathetic will never do that again
