We attended a birthday party here, complete with lunch and ice cream cake. It was a great time...for most of the kids it was their first bowling experience, but they learned quickly. The staff were prompt and helpful.
We have groups of customers attending this facility every Friday whom have disabilities. **Warning to those bringing persons who have a Companion Card - THIS BUSINESS DOES NOT ACCEPT COMPANION CARDS** Staff are rude to Support Workers who are there to support customers while using this business. Our group attends as a social outing, but the owner will split the group and put them on the outer lanes saying "the wheelchairs take up too much room" when we would prefer the group be together for their SOCIAL OUTING TOGETHER. While bringing in customers with a wheelchair, staff will close the door before we have all the customers inside - this is a minor inconvenience but speaks to the next point. This business has no qualms about discriminating against persons with disabilities, the facilities are gross and not up to the standard they seem to think they're providing. Go to Strike in Freo or elsewhere.
Love this place! Feels like you’re stepping back in time. Great vibes. Whenever we go there are lanes free and we always have a lot of fun.
Facility is on below average standard. Staff are polite and helpful. Toilets are extremely dirty. I was struggling to get toilet paper out as it was stuck . So dirty and old . I don’t recommend .
Super cool and fun! Went with a few friends to celebrate my birthday, there were fluorescent lights for Cosmic Bowling on Fridays and Saturday nights. We grabbed some beers at their licensed bar and had a delicious burger. Staff very friendly and helpful. Thank you, had a blast!
So, I want to make sure that everyone know what a fab place this is full of amazing staff. We had a burger with the lot for dinner, and we have not stopped talking about it 2 days later. We had fun playing bowling. Top experience all round. Loved it.
This place had so many issues. We were missing pins the system broke many times and we spent ages trying to get it fixed and once it was it had another problem. Even the balls were getting stuck
The scoring machine wasn't working properly but it was fine cos it gave me free strikes. However, the reason for the bad review is that at the end of our first game I went to purchase a raspberry freeze slushy cos I was warm. Unfortunately, instead of being given a raspberry freeze, I ended up spending $4.95 on a Rasberry Warm. Instead of a cold refreshing drink, i was given a lukewarm drink that wasn't very nice I still finished it cos it cost money but now i think I have food poisoning. Chips pre good tho
Great bowling for family fun. Competitive prices. Have rooms to host kids parties. Good coffee but food needs a bit of help. Platters for functions also available. Not bad but can improve.
Always a great and fun place to be. Cosmic bowling at night is awesome. They also sell old pins :
