Bowling session with my awesome colleagues are really fun. Prices for foods and drinks are reasonable. Foods taste good, portions ok. However, I feel arcade zone is outdated and games are a bit boring to my taste. Overall, we had our fun.
I'm not sure if the staff had been there all day and were just worn out but there was not a smile or a welcome from either of them. A hello with a smile would have been a great start, but we didn't even get a hello. Neither of them seemed happy to be there as I watched them serve person after person without cracking. Sorry girls but you were flat!nNow while I acknowledge we messed up our booking. It wasn't made clear to us once it was sorted that we could only play one game. They said, pay for one now and come back later and pay for the 2nd. So we go back to pay for the second and were told we couldn't. Neither myself, or my friend who was paying the first time heard this time to us.nIf we had heard this, we wouldn't have spent the amount on food and drinks that we did.nKitchen staff, you were awesome! You greeted everyone with a smile and even communicated with us clearly that pizza would take time due to the bases being frozen. You guys were an absolute delight!
Amazing venue and easy to access by public transport. The arcade is fun, the games were well maintained and the photo booth is great. You go for the bowling of course which is fantastic by the way, but I’m a sucker for arcades so I very much recommend the motorbike racing game and the air hockey.
The birthday party was really good. The boys had a lot of fun with the bowling and the arcade machines. Atlas was the person in charge of our group and she was very kind, helpful and flexible. The food was good and they had nicely decorated the table. I recommend it !
