It was our family's first time to play bowling. We had so much fun! The place is quite big. There are rooms/areas for birthday parties. You can order food and coffee/soda. You have to bring socks as you will have to wear the shoes provided by them. If you forgot to bring socks, you can buy from them as well. There are stuff that you can buy from them like board games etc. There are different sizes of balls, depending on your capacity and fingers/hands. Clean toilets and helpful staff.
The staff were lovely and I had an amazing time. One down side was to all the people not wearing masks, staff didn't really try to in force which I do get it can be very difficult to ask rude people to do the right thing. But some people are just arrogant. Still none the less had a good time
It's a nice venue, great for parties and large groups who want to have some fun bowling. We've been there as part of a party and the service was great. The food was nice too, at least the vegetarian menu options. Definitely worth a visit if you're looking to have your next party set somewhere or just hang out with friends and family. The parking is plenty.
Went there for my 7 yr daughter's party and had around 20 kids there that loved it. The place not only has bowling but also arcade games. For adults the Cafe is loaded with alcohol and coffee. The food is quite good and varied offerings lie Caesar Salad, Pizza, Amazing loaded hot dogs look amazing. Remember to "Follow" me
We were five minutes late, but we were still welcomed without comment. The children had a wonderful time. We went over our allocated time, but were not rushed in any way. The nachos dish was excellent, and well presented. Thank you.
We had a really good experience during this summer holiday. We bought the zone fun game package. 5 of us had great fun. The young lady at reception who wears glasses, slim and with blonde long hair was so lovely, kind and accommodating. We needed lots of help to clear the balls from the lane as It was my 3 years oldest 1st time.
Attended a child's birthday party here.. Area was nice and clean.. The party host was polite, helpful and attentive.. Showed the kids how to do bowling.. Only downside was the overpriced food!! They have a gaming area so after bowling the kids got swipe cards to play some arcade games and get some prizes.. Parking on the side and more at the back.. It does get busy and loud so get in early to get a spot/bowling lane.
Bowling was excellent.. only good value if you get a package and actually use the return voucher. The biggest problem is some of the staff, especially in the cafe. We had a meal voucher as part of the package. We ordered 3 pizzas and waited way over the ETA, when we queried where they were the staff was rude.. I even had one shout at me. and was told if our buzzer hadn't gone off then it wasn't ready. Any way after another 20 mins I didnt feel comfortable going back so I spoke to the front desk who followed it up, only to find out our pizzas had been given to someone else.!! We were offered hot dogs in stead as they now had run out of bases... but that didn't really satisfy. Again what can you do..? We just have to put up with it!!
Been here numerous times , the food and drinks at the cafe are 10/10 every time, the customer service from the staff members here are top notch and the bowling alleys have very nice and comfortable seating areas plus the vibe of the place is always fantastic . Definitely recommend coming here
Very good experience. Bowling lanes are in great condition. They have the best food available. Staff is friendly, and helpful. Also you can have beer as well. Good fun for the entire family.
