I would not use Sunwild holidays again. They send us a quote for a trip to New Zealand, which was supposed to include everything we asked for. The quote appeared to include everything but it was up to us to question every item. When the final vouchers were send, Items that we asked for were not included. When we questioned their manager about this we were told that it is up to us to scrutinize their quote. The items in question may well have been overlooked by them but that is now our problem and if we want it included we will have to pay extra. I my view this is not a good way to run a business. We will never use this travel agency again and advise anyone dealing with this agency not to trust their quotes and double/ triple check everything and then check again. They will not accept their mistakes and will make YOU pay for them. My recommendation.......Stay away from this agency.
