Very poor ‘no service’ today. I walked in for a short enquiry. There was a lady ahead of me who was attended to pretty fast and she left. After that the attendant went back to her seat and ignored me totally. She did not have a customer by her desk and did not appear to be working on the computer. All the other attendants had customers on their desks. I stood there for 7minutes hoping someone would say something to me in vain. I walked off. I have always used Flight centre for my travel needs I am a frequent traveler, however I will never ever use them again. Disgusting behaviour.

Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I would recommend this company. We had a well organised and lovely holiday in UK, Ireland and Italy last September/October 2019.

I made an appointment but when I got there everyone was busy and people waiting. I would have preferred the process made clear when I booked the appointment - basically if they have a walk in 5mins before your appointment you will need to wait. That's fine and I get that system, but I would prefer to have been told before I wasted my trip there. My initial phone conversation,  the lady was very helpful and attentive

Went in on a Saturday so it was fairly busy, with 3 staff working, and one person already waiting. 30 mins and someone was available, which is fine. Was looking to book a 30+ night european cruise for my folks, and they had one they liked. Was told they couldn't call the cruise line as it was a weekend, which is fine, but would call me back on Monday. No call by the following Friday, so booked something else online with an alternative company took 10 mins. Should have just done that in the first place, but having worked in retail for 20 years, I thought it would be good to keep the retail industry alive.

I had to book a flight very short notice to South Africa, Adele has been wonderful at getting good deals, helping with finding alternative flights and just always being in communication. If you go to flight centre whitfords request Adele!

There is always a warm welcome from all staff when you visit here. They strive to give you the best deals.

Quick, professional service very friendly staff to look after us.

Our experience was so poor I’m still kind of shocked from it. From the outset the agent made it clear she was not there to help us and that it wasn’t her job. Hopefully she’s just one member of the team that doesn’t want to be there and other agents are more helpful.

Absolutely poor service. Walked in and Yvette byrch served me. Told me to come back in a week since I wasn’t booking a holiday just enquiring because she was finishing work in 20 minutes

Friendly staff got everything booked and around the same price as internet with the added bonus of support if needed.
