Reviews

Double charged with one click of button for booking. Took ages to sort out and our bike got on the ferry we booked, none of people got on. No apologies! No compensation. We were forced to wait another 45mins for next ferry.

His reasoning was that we were  late boarding. We arrived 30 mins before departure, the front desk staff tried so hard to correct all the wrong items on our confirmation letter, and there were a lot of mistakes.

The guy who claimed to be the owner threatened us that he may not put us on the next ferry. And we just watched 3 more people who came later than us went on the ferry in front of our eyes. This time, his reasoning became they are a group of  3 and we are 5.

Avoid at all cost guys!!! The front desk staff are all too experienced correcting website mistakes, it's scary fact by itself.

Good experience with fast ferries. Ferry departed on time, smooth journey. Bonus - keep your eyes peeled for whales and dolphins, we spotted both on our way back from rottnest 😳

The staff were friendly and efficient with boarding. They are reasonably respectful of the bicycles they load. The passengers are usually impatient and can be rude.
