Wow, avoid these guys at all costs. Booking flights to gold coast. Told one flight will be $279 there and then return was due to be $188, once i had booked and piad for the first flight was then told that the price of the return would be $359 and that should be ok. They then told me that i couldn't cancel the first flight and that there would be a cancellation fee, once i told them no way and was quite blunt (rude down the phone) they said they would cancel and they'd process a refund on my card without the signature (which is technically illegal), and that if not i'd have to wait until next week to get a refund to my card. I was happy to drive there and do it in person, however they said there would be nobody there. shocking experience and very misleading sales tactics

Jenny-Lee absolutely disgusting customer service. Will be talking to head office too. DO NOT DEAL WITH HER AT FLIGHT CENTRE WHITFORDS. Can someone please contact me.

Poor customer service, aggressive consultant, talked down to us, Had staring competition. We had plan written down but appeared too much for her to investigate options. Flight centre Whitfirds city lost my business if that is how customers are treated by your consultant.
