My wife and i looked at many builders and their display homes. When it came down to design and cost, not many could deliver what their sales people said they could and certainly not all showed the same build quality as in their display homes. We built our "dream home" with Sunvista. It is a very different style and was quite complicated in design. We knew there would be extra costs as opposed to standard designs, but working with the experienced staff of this company made it easy and transparent. All costs were known beforehand and no nasty surprises. Communication throughout the build was great. The quality of the finished product was also SECOND TO NONE. We are now building our third home with Sunvista and have no problem recommending them to family and friends, (some of which have also built and been pleasantly surprised).

I am renting one of the Sunvista builds. This is by far the best home I have moved into. I have not had one issue and the house itself is amazing. I am looking forward to building my own home through Sunvista in the future!

My husband and I have recently had our new house built at Griffin by Sunvista Homes. The professionalism from the supervisor who was allocated to us and of the office staff was second to none. Our contract signing, colour selection and overall build was so streamlined that there is no doubt we will be building our investment house with them.

My partner and I built our first home with Sunvista Homes and cannot recommend them highly enough! Going into our first build we were really nervous but they helped us every step of the way and made it a stress free and enjoyable process.

I have just finished building my second house with Sunvista Homes, one lowset and this one was a much larger highset. The building from start to finish has been an easy one, being guided step by step through the entire process. The staff were friendly and helpful and made me feel at ease all the way through. I would definitely recommend to everyone!
