I had a new patio roof installed recently & couldn't be happier with the job done by Shane & his team. The team sorted everything as I'm not tech savvy and kept me informed about where the project was up to. They were very professional and went above & beyond. And I would gladly recommend them any time.
Recently had Advanced home improvements complete a new car port on our home, the team were very professional and took every aspect of the build as if it were their own, there kept us informed every step of the way, were are very impressed thank you Shane and the team.

From start to end, Shane and his team at Advanced Home Improvements have been a delight to deal with. Shane understood exactly what we needed with our extension and designed the perfect structure to the highest of standards. We are just delighted we chose him for our project, and recommend him and his team for any home improvements you may require.
Shane is coorperative and fair; he's a great builder. We had a problem with the roller door company and Shane worked hard to come up with a good solution, even when the roller door company was rude and unhelpful. We would happily use the services of Shane and Advanced Home Improvements again :
Don’t use this guy Peter! He quotes ridiculous repairs at ridiculous cost. I have just moved out of a rental and he has quoted 344 little wear and tear marks half the size of a freckle and wants to patch them up for $1900 and $40 to tighten a toilet roll holder. I would have loved to have been there when you quoted this Peter. -5 for you champ
Our experience with Advanced Home Improvements was the best we have ever had with getting any work done on our home. From the initial phone call to the company to the final job everything was perfect. The customer service and feedback throughout the planning process up until installation was excellent. The team on site were the most respectful and polite group we have ever witnessed. You could see the happiness amongst all which is a great compliment to the way Shane Chapman operates his business. Shane and his team built a patio and deck entertainment area for me, I found them very professional from start to finish, would not hesitate recommending advanced Home Improvements to my family and friends.
Filled out online form to get a call back. Never happened. Tried again after the Christmas period and was able to book an appointment for a quote. Old mate, Shane, comes and does his thing, says it'll be a few days til we receive the quote. A week goes by and nothing, so we follow up with an email that gets ignored. It's now been three weeks. If you don't want to do the job, let us know. Unreliable and unprofessional when we're willing to pay big dollars for your service.
