Thermal Edge Coating is a Brisbane based company specializing in high performance Exhaust & Turbo coatings and hydrographic coatings for a wide variety of automotive and marine applications including competition, recreational and industrial applications.

Our popular range of CermaKrome ceramic coatings provide the ultimate level of protection against corrosion, reducing under bonnet temperatures and increasing exhaust gas velocity. They also have a high visual appeal, giving your engine bay the “show to match the go”.

Our Translucent Colour coatings extend this visual appeal by adding contrast and detail to accessories and components while our Thermal Barrier coatings provide internal thermal protection to components such as combustion chambers, inlet and exhaust valves.

Our Dry Film coatings provide reduced friction, increased lubrication and protection against scuffing, to components such as pushrods, pistons and crankshafts.

HYDROGRAPHICS

Did you know we also provide a wide range of Hydrographics services? Also known as Water Transfer Printing, Hydrographics is a popular yet cost effective way of adding high end graphics and designs to a wide variety of substrates including many different types of woods, metals, glass and plastics.

The process of applying Thermal Coatings is very labour intensive, taking several stages and involving a high level of initial surface preparation. For this reason every job is different, and there is no hard and fast price list.
