Rude older member of Staff that sits up the back of the store, at the counter. Other Staff seem too be to busy staring at their computer screens? or don't bother to acknowledge. I have been going to this store less and less because of this incompetent and rude service. I will go the extra distance to Bunnings everytime now. Good luck staying in Business.

Went in a couple of days ago to buy something I’ve used all the time. Went here instead of Bunnings because I like to support the little guys. The arrogance of the old guy made me think twice about returning. Asked about an item and he told me full of confidence that it didn’t exist and gave me a stupid look. I then showed him what it was on my phone and he said “oh well we don’t have it”
What kind of service is that?

I have never seen or met such a miserable looking store person in my life. I was served by some young girl in pig tails who I have to say was the most sour faced individual I have ever come across in a store, devoid of please, thank you and the ability to smile....why oh why do places employ these people......answer...they are CHEAP!

Demarcation in the trade area is ridiculous. Vehicles should not be allowed in the undercover area, as there is not enough room to park away from racks or manoeuvre around parked cars. Lost my business today, purely because the rack that stored the cornice i needed was blocked by another customer's car. Bunnings Maroochydore got my business instead.

Always easy parking at Lanhams - most folks here are pretty friendly - if you are over the Bunnings this place is pretty good - prices are OK - some good and some not so good - its a local business so I like to support it.
