I had a great experience with Jesse at Trade Tools. He was knowledgeable and gave great advice on the best product for our business. He took the time to answer all my questions, and I walked away with exactly what I was after. I'll definitely be back!
Don't know who I got but he made me wait for 5 minutes holding the rake I was buying while he was showing a trainee the computer.n2 customers walked out. This was at 12.20 on 11/07/2026 if you wish to review footage.nI asked him if I could pay and be on my way. He replied Woolworths and Big W would make me wait.nI explained that he could've lifted his head, apologised and told me how long he was going to be.nHe then told me to face the barcode to him to which I replied he could do it.nWorst customer service in a long time. Such arrogance and nonchalance. Power trip.nI did let him know that it was the worst customer service and I have spent many thousands between the Noosa and Nambour stores over the years. I am 69 and a tradie.nPlease do better choosing your staff
The level of customer service and knowledge at this store from the staff is exceptional. My elderly father was treated so well from staff each time he has visited. I am so impressed with their knowledge base and the fact they know their products. Thanks for nailing it fellas! I wish I could give a higher star rating!
Great range of products and helpful staff. Many specialised tools in stock. I travel one hour to get to the store, as they are the closest for my needs.
Tremendous service from Rob.nGreat reassuring help.nThoroughly recommend Trade Tools NambournThe bestnKen Maguire
