I imagine Trade Tools is a great MAN's store, but not very cultured. I bought a weldclass combo kit in February for my son, and was treated rather unethically poorly by staff who tried his hardest to belittle me with specification talk about amps and watts. I bought the welder, but definitely won't return for a second round of humility. Grow up.
Came in yesterday to spend quite a bit of money took me two hours to get to the store via bus so i was commited. and the guy with the short hair just seemed very uninterested in helping me i had a couple of questions regarding a specific productline and was made to feel my presences in the shop was unwelcome and my brief enquiring was some how putting him out. He couldn't wait to get away. I feel he should persue a different career retail isn't for him. Im a very friendly approachable person and i dont appreciate being made to feel like a fart in a lift just for existing and trying to conduct business with a company. That was my first and last visit to the store.
Always always great service. Knowledgeable staff and great selection of tools. Anyone I go anywhere else I am disappointed. Great store, great staff and great products.
I lost my invoice from a week and a half ago. I wasn't even a member and Luke was able to find it for me on the system. I'm extremely happy with the service !
The staff are very friendly and happy to lend a hand anywhere they can.nnone of the staff members Kyle was always happy to lend a hand when I went into the shop, as I don't know where things are exactly.nnAll I can say is he has made it a constant amazing experience and because of that I will be back again and again.
