I am a support worker and shop in Cole’s Nambour regularly for my client. Normally I would give this store 5 stars as I have never had any reason to give less. BUT today I went in to the store to get a few grocery items for my client.nMy client wanted a bottle of pine o clean that was advertised online for $4. I asked the man working in the isle jack was his name, middle aged man approximately, if the pine o clean was not on special. He abruptly told me no it’s not. I said thank you and rang my client to let her know. She questioned it which I relayed to jack. He abruptly showed me it was an online price. Shoving his phone right in my face and abruptly pointing to the online price constantly. I asked who the manager was and he once again abruptly told me he was the manager.nPoor customer service on his part. Very disappointed for Cole’s as jack had no customer service skills what so ever.
Checkout girl rude....5 people waiting ....having a nice long chat....talking to 2 young girls about a job there....while we all waited ....also heard her say they were down 4 staff members....there were customers qued at every checkout & this dark haired checkout chick thought ir was better to have a long chat instead of serving her customers....as I walked away she sang out at the top of her voice you can always complain....I assured her I would....this isn't customer service....this girl doesn't appreciate that without customers she doesn't have a job
Staff was very helpful when i couldnt find things. Can't find my new notepad that I wanted to do my journalling. Got my shopping done efficiently. Very happy but under garments were a little expensive especially when your unemployed. Cheers.
Pretty easy to get in and out quickly and good range of stock
Always well stocked with a better variety than other supermarkets
