I think we were reading the wrong reviews. The service was terrible, the food was cold and tasteless, we weren't even offered a drink and had to prompt the person taking the order that we actually wanted food to eat. Very sorry we tried this one 2 visits are enough. First and last Best of luck in your endeavours
I finally found the best Chinese in the Tablelands. Lunch specials well worth it and only $12.50.

We have been going to Sunrise Chinese for 15years and the food has always maintained a high level of quality and taste. Jackie and his wife are lovely and always with a smile on their faces. They are prompt and well priced. The fried rice is superb and we find all the dishes are fantastic and can make it hard to choose a dish with so many good ones. Soups are a great starter and coupled with a big pot of jasmine green tea makes a great meal.
The best deep fried ice cream I’ve ever had! My go to dishes are the steamed dim sums and wonton soup! Good quality, tasty food!
Far below average food, we ordered a bit of everything.. honey chicken.. sweet and sour .. duck in plum sauce.. but unfortunately everything tasted the same. Decent fried rice.

Read reviews. All good. Unfortunately, food was over cooked and dry. We had take away. Through out 3/4 of it. Would recommend the short soup, which was very good.
Tasty food, quick service, decent prices. What else could you want from a fast food shop?
They make the dim sums and spring rolls themselves from scratch, so they taste so much better then other restaurants that just buy them in frozen.
