There is no excuse for any Macdonalds store to be in this state. It is simply a case of poor management. There is no excuse for slow/rude service either! Macdonalds has guidelines for which all stores are meant to follow both franchise and company ones. I note that this store's owners own two stores that I have seen so far. When you go in, take a look at the 'Store Manager' and 'Manager on Duty' plate signs which should be on the wall somewhere within the customer service area. Managers are.suppose to slide ib their name plates when on duty. There should also be a sign stating who the owners are. If not there, simply ask for the Managers names from staff. Then if you have a complaint, send an email/letter with those details on it to Macdonalds head office in Sydney. You need specific names from stores and details of your visit if you want anything done about it. The more complaints received about a store helps the focus on it from head office. Start complaining people, this store is a disgrace!!

Always slow. I have never been through the drive-thru in the last 2 years without being asked to pull forward and wait even when no one else is in drive-thru. A burger chips and drink used to take 30 seconds to complete the order in the early days of McDonald's. Not any more. This store is horribly managed.

Disgusting service order was wrong manager did not like me complaining will never go in there again im alergic to certain things i paid for my food only for them to get it wrong not even my drink cups were full if u want food poisoning go to maccas lol

Hash blown cold and a bit soggy everything else great a little over priced compared to Hungry Jacks bacob and egg meal deal
