Every table was dirty but it was 2pm! Not busy. I asked the manager type lady for serviettes to clean a table and she just pointed to place where I could get some but I said they were empty and she just ignored me!!!! Ended up getting own hand wipes from car. I remember the days when Macca's dining rooms were impeccable. Not anymore....prob cutting costs.
Restaurant extremely dirty. Had to ask for napkins to clean table. Was directed to the empty napkin holders and told to get them from there. When we advised the holders were all empty had a handful given to us. Had to get wipes from the car to clean our table. Was so dirty. Chips were old and cold. We asked for fresh chips. When the girl brought to table she threw the bag on to the table and stomped off. Staff are unhappy and don’t want to be there. So unhelpful. Will not be back.
The restaurant is disgusting and the service is sooooo slooooowwww! Ordered 2 sparkling waters a juice and a lemonade got 4 cokes. Ordered extra pickles and bacon didn't recieve it on our burgers and the food was cold
Breakfast. The worst place to go for any meal.nnNo orange juice whatsoever ever. I got sprite instead, came out with no syrup, went back to get it redone. Took a few minutes for anyone to even attend the front counter untill I called over the manager. Told him of issue he didn't say anything just filled another cup checked taste in a separate cup turned his nose up. Tried another machine. I just said I'll get a fanta to cut the time wasted. Fanta was also bad even on the second machine. 2nd machine 2nd spout had good one.nnWhen do they ever check or maintain anything?nnI got a mighty muffin it was alright...nI also got their ham cheese pockets, bot was that thing old. The outer wrap was dry it cracked like brittle up damaged plastic.nMore crackling then a cracker.nnAs always a horrible experience at maccas
Food was great but I don't understand the group of swaggered up teens who regularly vandalize the toilets. I have observed for weeks and like clockwork daily they enter the toilet, throw toilet paper around, kick stalls, and smear shit and piss on the walls. Yet they haven't been banned? Very interesting. But the service was great and food was fast and yummy so no judgement there.
