A good aged care home.  However, there is an issue.  After paying $11,000 for the first 6 months of payments, they still send you a bill and expect you to pay.  I went in and said I would only pay after 6 months went by.  They said that if I took that attitude they would have to accept it.  No apology!

My Aunty is having her second respite there and my dad lived there for 5 years .. amazing  and caring staff good food and atmosphere

Thank you to all the wonderful people who have cared for our mum during her recent short stay with Sunnymead Nursing Vllage. Caring and compassionate and willing to go the extra mile to make thier people feel special every step of the way.  This applies to everyone administration, carers and management.
