The sales rep was extremely friendly. I did not even realise that my oakley sunglasses were under warranty. She checked and told me that I could get a replacement. Just because she was so helpful and marvellous, I purchased a pair of Gucci sunglasses. The decision was totally mine and I did not feel pressured at all.
I received amazing service when I purchased my Oakley sunglasses at the Canelands SGH yesterday. I had dropped by the previous week to snoop around and check what style would suit my face best. The sales lady was so accommodating, allowing me unlimited access to try the stocked glasses, engaging with excellent product knowledge and providing a pressure-free browsing experience. On my return to the store a week later, the service was again fantastic. The sales manager imparted a real enthusiasm for the stocked products and was super helpful and insightful. I left as a very happy customer and they have gained my trust and custom into the future!
These guys are the reason you just don't shop online for sunnies. Awesome service from staff who actively look for ways to help you. They went above and beyond to help me with a warranty claim on my oakleys saving me from buying a new pair, and you wouldn't get that from an email to an online store. If you need sunnies use these guys because the service and surprisingly the cost, will be far better.
Really surprisingly disappointed. I thought I'd go in with a few basic requirements photochromic / sports frame and a pocketful of cash only to be shown completely inappropriate styles which I assume must be 'high margin' or 'high sales person commission'. Not even an option to order in... So purchased from home online. Simple, and no middle-man.

The sales assistants do a great job on sales and after purchase care.
