Does the asian lady with short hair not want her job anymore?Treating her customers like little kids. You go in there to ask for help but you get judged by not knowing how to set up an online account when the email you get from Suncorp literally says go visit your nearest branch to set up. All the other workers there were too busy talking about their weekend when there was a huge line of customers waiting. Please avoid going to this branch.
The Asian lady with short hair was really rude this morning. It ruined all the image from your branch. I rather go to another brank to get serviced
Horrible, pathetic customer service. The lady at the front table is shockingly rude with unbelievable display of attitude vey unprofessional. I DO NOT RECOMMEND
I dont seem to get the same service as buying the insurance when It gets to claim. They dont even worth one star. Horrible service. It is strongly recommended NOT to buy insurance from Suncorp.
Branch staffs are not helpful and shift responsibility. Nobody is willing to understand the customer's actual need and concerns. Also the bank has made hidden arrangements between credit card and home loans which created issues for the customer. Enquiry sent to branch and credit card centre only gets meaningless response.
If I could give zero star to this branch I would. Terrible service by two Staff of Asian background - my parents always told me that they discriminate people of their similar ethnic background. They never willingly and friendly attend to my parents when they visited. Even they speak Mandarin they try to push them away by all sorts of excuses and not offer help. In the end my parents went to the Garden City branch where we met Thomas Zhang who kindly helped.
Terrible experience everything we asked it will take 48 hours line up was getting bigger only one teller working staff walking around they could see the line-up getting bigger they did nothing to help in the end we opted for a bank cheque by this time line-up out the door still only one teller working elderly people in line waiting waiting I have been to many a suncorp bank never seen a badly run suncorp as Sunnybank technology today should not allow this to happen if I could give you a zero I would no customer service here
What happened to customer service Suncorp. Only 1 cashier and queueing for 15 mins off peak hours to deposit a chq
Support Worker to three disability clients, two with mobility problems. Had to queue in a long line at Suncorp. Asked if it was possible for my clients to go to the front of the line but was told this couldn't happen. A kind lady at the front gave me her spot. If this is how you treat clients with a disability, in a time like this, I can't imagine how bad you treat your other clients.
Always understaffed. Minimum wait time is 40 minutes to 1 hour... Don’t bother calling the branch because they won’t pick up. Run by old Asian ladies who just let people cut in line while the rest of us wait patiently. Don’t waste your time. Find another bank, preferably ANZ just down the road.
