Yvonne the bank manner is rude, condescending & disinterested. She assumed  she knew the answer before I could explain my concerns. She repeatedly told me to go away & review my bank statements myself or ask an accountant to explain if I still couldn't work it out! I tried to reiterate I've reviewed the accounts & if she would kindly pull the accounts I could show her the inconsistency I was referring to. She blatantly informed she's already explained & I could talk to an accountant if I couldn't grasp the problem. From a branch manager this is extremely poor customer service & shows her lack of understanding, intelligence & leadership! I will be closing my accounts after being a loyal customer for 40yrs.

Could serve customers quicker. Always find myself, even as a business customer, waiting an unreasonable amount of time. And please open weekends.

I found the service here wonderful! I was depositing money and still surprised that you have to fill out a paper form though.
