Great client service in this branch. Been to a few and this one is best for me, i dont mind travelling farther past other closer branches. Graham is very professional and helpful. He is a delight to deal with; patient, knowledgeable and polite. Changed our mind to completely move to another bank and now keeping some of our business with CBA. Yes, old fashioned customer care still exists!

Spent 2 hours being lied to about my money they have refused to release to me. The most dishonest incompetent service I've ever experienced.
Customer service here is fantastic. We were helped by Kathryn today and she is very cheerful and was very helpful.
Service is prompt and friendly, unlike CBA Indooroopilly Shoppingtown. At Graceville you are served by an actual person, rather than being pointed to a self-service teller by a CBA "worker" so you can to do all the work for them while they stand around in the entrance like a stunned mullet. CBA Indooroopilly could learn a lot from this branch. I don't travel all the way to a bank just to be told by the employees there that I have to do everything myself. I'm not the one getting paid, you are you lazy sod.
The branch manager, Katheryn was so helpful, kind and efficient.
